Bulk Scheduled Calls via Dashboard

We've introduced a scheduler on the Chirp dashboard that allows you to perform scheduled bulk calls based on contacts you provide. Manage, monitor, and start multiple scheduled calls through your AI agent at the times you set.

Enhancements

  • User Management and Multi-Organisation Support — Organisation admins can invite, manage, and remove organisation members via the Chirp dashboard.
  • Enhanced Dark Mode and Theme Toggle — Improved dark mode across dashboard pages, with a theme selector for light, dark, or system default in settings.

Bug Fixes

Webchat AI Agent Actions

Resolved a bug where certain AI webchat agent actions weren't captured correctly for dashboard insights. Actions are now recorded holistically for accurate reporting.
