New Features

Bulk Scheduled Calls via Dashboard
We've introduced a scheduler on the Chirp dashboard that allows you to perform scheduled bulk calls based on contacts provided by the customer. This new feature allows you to manage, monitor and start multiple scheduled calls through our AI agent at any time you set.

Enhancements

User Management and Multi-Organisation Support
Organisation admins can now invite, manage and remove organisation members via the Chirp dashboard.

Enhanced Dark and Theme Toggle
Improved dark mode support across all Chirp dashboard pages, and added a theme selector for 'light', 'dark' or 'system default' in the settings page.

Bug Fixes

Improved Webchat AI Agent Actions Event Capture
Resolved a bug where certain AI webchat agent actions weren't properly captured and available for dashboard insights. These previously missed webchat AI agent taken actions are now captured, ensuring insights on AI agent actions are holistic and accurate.
